Dear Diary,

Theme 1: Sufferring.

Inspired by: Japanese Urban Legend Kuchisake Onna

Pain and suffering are a part of one’s sense of self. Depending on the person’s attitude, resources, and choices it will determine their reaction to the human experience of suffering.

Symbols:

The Demon Smile: Feature of the Kuchisake Onna.

Knife: Modification of the Legend's Scissors. The story has it she Seeks validation from anyone she passes. "Am I beautiful?" by revealing the cut smile under her surgical masks. If the passenger replied "no" or hesitated it resulted in their death.

The Heart: Used to symbolize her need of validation. Symbol came to mind when I thought of how people show "their heart" as a way of seeking affection to the other party. e.g. Heart on my sleeves or I give you my heart.

The Flowers: A bitch just love flowers.
